At Individual Physical Therapy, new patients are always welcome. All of our visits are 45 minute sessions in private treatment rooms with a highly skilled physical therapist providing one on one care. We know initial visits can be overwhelming at times so we can provide our new patient forms ahead of time so that you can fill them out prior to your appointment and save you time during your visit.

Remember to bring a list of any medications you may currently be taking as well as any previous medical records you may want to provide.
